If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the product to be picked up and either replaced or refunded.
Note: Return and exchange are only applicable if the product has not been used.

In case of a return, actual shipping charges (for both delivery and return) will be deducted from the refund amount.

In case of an exchange, the original order will be picked up, and you can place a new order. (We recommend this approach for smoother processing.) Shipping charges for the original order will be deducted.

Exchange Request for Damaged or Defective Products

In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, the product must be returned in its original packaging within 10 days of receiving it. A video and photo of the damaged or defective product are required for the exchange request to be processed.

Manufacturing Warranty

Warranty Period: 1 year

Products Covered: Pods, Tables, Chairs, and Peg Boards
We offer a 1-year manufacturing warranty on select products. If any significant issues arise during this period, please let us know, and we will repair or replace parts as necessary. A video and photo of the defective product are required for warranty approval.

Accidental Damage Policy

Coverage Period: 3 years

Products Covered: Pods, Tables, Chairs, and Peg Boards
While our products are exceptionally durable, accidents can happen! If your product suffers accidental damage, we offer repair or replacement at nominal costs for up to 3 years. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs, and products must be sent to us for repairs.
A video and photo of the damaged product are required for approval.

Order Cancellation
Order cancellations must be made before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
